About My Clients
I am here to uplift those who struggle from anxiety, depression, relational issues, work issues, educational issues, transitional periods, grief, and much more. I work with individuals in a collaborative way. I believe that the client is the expert of their own life and I view myself as a tool to help teach and guide. I want to work beside you on your journey to optimal wellness and self-discovery.
My Background and Approach
I have experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy. I believe that each client requires a unique approach therefore I do not limit myself to using one specific modality. I instead utilize an integrative approach that is designed to help optimize treatment efficiency. My goal is to help you improve your overall happiness in life. I can be a teacher, a guide, or just an ear to listen. Whatever you may need, just know, I want to help. I received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Capella University and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Farmingdale State University.
