About My Clients
I have a diverse clientele mostly consisting of people who are mentally drained and need help finding insight and clarity I am here to help you with the situations in your life that may seem impossible to overcome. When you're having issues in your relationships it is likely that you might be experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression as a result. Your connections with others tend to affect your mental health and when your relationships are challenged, so is your mental health.
My Background and Approach
My focus is on the family system. I use CBT to help identify behavioral patterns that might contribute to unhealthy relationships and give a new perspective on how to incorporate a new routine in relationships. I also focus on identifying the effects of unhealthy relationships and how they contribute to future interactions with others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that our relationships have a profound effect on our mental health. If your relationships with the people closest to you are in disarray, it can become difficult to maintain a healthy mental state. Your personal relationships can shape your personality and the way you encounter every person that you come across. If we can start to maintain healthy relationships, we can maintain good mental health and break generational patterns so that you can start your own family on a better path.
