About My Clients
My passion is working with BIPOC, who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, sexual concerns, and overall stress. I believe in the power of connecting evidence-based practices, neuroscience, and holistic mental health. My focus is on the “whole” person by integrating spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional forms of well-being.
My Background and Approach
I use neuroscience and solution-based approaches based on your goals and what’s right for you. I’m here to accept you as you are and offer tools for growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We’re taught that mental health is about decreasing negative symptoms. We’re “supposed” to be less anxious, less depressed, and less overwhelmed. While that is one part of healing, what’s more important is how you want to feel and what you want to achieve. What would life be like if you could live each day without being held back? What’s the real purpose that you have yet to discover or embrace? I’m here not just to help you heal but to guide you on a journey of self-actualization. Together, we’ll explore the past, heal in the present, and create a plan for the future. The beloved author Maya Angelou said, “My mission in life is not merely to survive but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” That’s my hope for you, and it would be my pleasure to help you along the path, whatever it may bring.
