About My Clients

Achieving success doesn’t make you immune to intimacy struggles. Many of my clients are accomplished, high-performing adults facing a silent crisis behind closed doors: low desire, performance pressure, sexual anxiety, purity culture shame, or growing emotional distance from their partner. In our work together, we move past perfectionism and old shame so you can reclaim genuine pleasure, ease anxiety, and feel deeply connected again. I am kink/poly/enm and LGBTQ+++ informed and affirming.

My Background and Approach

As a specialized sex and relationship therapist, my approach is active, collaborative, and deeply grounded in intersectional feminism and clinical evidence. Intimacy challenges rarely exist in a vacuum—they are often shaped by stress, performance pressure, communication loops, and absorbed cultural or religious messages around sex. In our sessions, we pull back the layers to understand what is driving your current experience. My clinical foundation integrates systemic therapy, somatic awareness, and pleasure-positive psychoeducation. This means we don't just talk about the theory of intimacy; we focus on practical tools to help you quiet performance anxiety, regulate your nervous system, communicate needs clearly, and break free from sexual shame. Whether working with individuals or couples, I provide an affirming, non-judgmental environment. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe, helping you build a grounded, satisfying sexual and relational life on your own terms.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe sexual pleasure is a fundamental human birthright—one that has been historically suppressed by Christian patriarchy and purity culture. We live in a society obsessed with sex yet terrified to talk about it honestly. This taboo leaves us with inadequate sex education, an over-saturation of unrealistic porn, and deep layers of absorbed sexual shame. Many people enter therapy carrying immense stress, mental load, and performance anxiety, believing their bodies are broken. In reality, most have simply never been taught basic sexual anatomy—like the true structure of the clitoris—or the natural difference between spontaneous and responsive desire. Intimacy issues rarely stem from personal failure; they are predictable responses to cultural conditioning and unaddressed stress. My practice is dedicated to helping you unlearn harmful myths, reclaim your body, honor your natural anatomy, and build an authentic, deeply satisfying sexual life.
