About My Clients

If you hate asking for help, this is for you. I help people who struggle to prioritize themselves manage anxiety, find work-life balance, set healthy boundaries, and build self-esteem. Are you frustrated that you aren't happier with the life you have? Do you finally reach your goals, only to focus on the next hurdle? If you're white-knuckling through your high pressure schedule, even at the cost of your sleep, health, and relationships, you're in the right place.

My Background and Approach

In therapy you don't have to perform, or be "on." We start where you want, and go at your pace. Sessions focus on shifting your mindset, developing coping skills, and exploring your values. Learn to live without anxiety and burnout holding you back, so you can enjoy the life you've worked so hard for. You can keep that drive, and lose the dread. Success shouldn’t feel like survival. You can survive this season and end even stronger than you started. Sessions are accessible to even the busiest of schedules, with virtual sessions in evenings and on weekends. You've invested so much in your career; now it's time to invest in yourself. Book a free intro call, no strings attached.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Everyone deserves a chance to thrive and be happy. Unfortunately, systemic forms of power and privilege oppress many groups of people based on their identities. My practice is non-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodiversity affirming. I take an intersectional approach to case conceptualization, which means I view the full picture of a person's identities and the ways that they "intersect" to impact that person's experience of privilege and oppression. I strongly value and work to embody cultural humility, which means that while I see it as my responsibility to educate myself about the experiences of different identities, I am by no means an expert, can get things wrong, and will own when I make a mistake and strive to make things right. I am mindful of the privilege of my own identities, and actively seek consultation and feedback from peers about blindspots. My goal is to make you feel welcomed, seen, and VALUED for all of the aspects of who you are. You're safe here.
