Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Denver, CO

About My Clients

I support adults and couples navigating burnout, trauma, relationship strain, or questions of meaning. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-achieving, or emotionally intelligent, yet feel disconnected from themselves or the life they’ve built. They are drawn to deeper modalities such as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) or EMDR when surface-level approaches fall short. My work helps clients release old patterns, find resilience, and move toward a life that feels authentic.

My Background and Approach

My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep interest in people, culture, and the ways we make meaning across different parts of the world. That curiosity led me to study and work internationally before completing my Master of Social Work. Prior to entering the field, I spent years in a demanding corporate career, which gave me firsthand understanding of burnout and the pressure to appear successful while feeling disconnected inside. Today I specialize in helping adults and couples navigate trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, and questions of meaning. My training includes EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and the Gottman Method, along with psychodynamic, somatic, and existential-based approaches. Clients often seek me out when talk therapy has not gone deep enough, and our work focuses on releasing old patterns, finding clarity, and moving toward a more authentic and aligned life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should help people live in alignment with their values rather than society’s expectations. I'm passionate about challenging traditional notions of success and creating space for more authentic ways of living. I also believe that many people need something deeper than talk therapy alone, and that true healing comes when we include the body in the process and listen to what it carries from trauma and adversity. My work is grounded in respect for diversity, shaped in part by my own adversities and experiences living and studying abroad. I care deeply about animal welfare and know firsthand the profound bond we share with pets, which is why supporting people through pet loss is close to my heart. I also value foundational wellness, sustainability, lifelong learning, and staying engaged in conversations about how culture, spirituality, and community shape our well-being.
