About My Clients
Teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD—especially within the LGBTQ+ community—often feel high-functioning on the outside but exhausted, scattered, or disconnected on the inside. Therapy offers space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and build tools that support day-to-day life while also exploring deeper patterns underneath. My goal is to provide a space where you don’t have to mask, overthink everything, or carry it all alone.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), my work is grounded in evidence-based care, ethical practice, and ongoing training. Sessions take an eclectic approach because not all humans are the same, and not every struggle can be understood or addressed in the same way. No matter how you show up, the work is tailored specifically to your needs, to meet you where you are and support you in a way that actually fits your experience. The work is collaborative and human. Clients don’t have to show up “put together” or already know what they need—therapy is a space to figure that out together. The goal is to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be honest, understood in what you’re going through, and supported in building a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and your own.
