About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you’re carrying too much alone. You might be the kind of person who shows up for everyone else, but rarely has space held for you. Whether you're living with a chronic illness, navigating anxiety, depression, or healing from trauma, you deserve support that honors your full story. In my practice, you’re welcome as you are. Together, we’ll create space for healing, growth, and change
My Background and Approach
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating it alone. Whether you’re living with a chronic illness, carrying the weight of anxiety or depression, or healing from trauma, therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with your strength, your voice, and your sense of balance. I provide a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space for healing and growth. Together, we’ll develop meaningful goals and identify tools and strategies that work best for you. I approach therapy with a growth mindset and a strong belief in every person's ability to heal, change, and move forward — even when the path isn’t clear. My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique story. I integrate a range of approaches including mindfulness, strengths-based work, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — always tailored to your unique needs and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens through relationship — when we are seen, heard, and believed. I also believe in the power of storytelling: sometimes just putting the truth into words can begin to loosen its grip. One of my favorite quotes is from Karen Salmansohn: “Sometimes you just need to talk about something—not to get sympathy or help—but just to kill its power by allowing the truth of things to hit the air.” I believe that human rights are equal rights — every individual deserves dignity, safety, and respect, regardless of identity or experience. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where all people feel seen, heard, and valued.
