About My Clients
I serve adults with diverse backgrounds, who often identify as helpers, emotional caregivers, and highly sensitive or empathic individuals. I will help you to compassionately care for your nervous system and tap into your creativity and strengths to address life challenges, burnout, and overwhelm. Whether you’re reflecting on your life’s journey, navigating a major life shift, or seeking a deeper sense of joy and agency, I provide a nurturing space for healing, growth, and exploration.
My Background and Approach
I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, considering the body, mind, heart, and spirit as interconnected elements of the human experience. I deeply believe in the transformative power of somatic practices and creative expression to help you access your inner wisdom, reconnect with your body, strengthen your sense of self, build more fulfilling relationships, and experience greater joy and agency in life. You are the expert of your own body and inner wisdom. As your therapist, my role is to co-create a safe, inclusive, sensitive, and nurturing environment where you can access your unique wisdom, strengthen the connection between your body, heart, and mind, and achieve your individual life goals.

I am committed to fostering a space that is welcoming and nonjudgmental. I believe everyone deserves compassionate support on their journey toward healing, empowerment, and joy. I honor the diversity of each client and approach every individual with openness, empathy, and respect. My practice recognizes the profound impact that past experiences have on your emotional and physical well-being. I work alongside you to facilitate healing at your own pace, encouraging you to move forward in a way that feels right for you. In collaboration with you and your vision for your growth and healing, I can integrate a range of tools and approaches. These include the evidence based practice of TCTSY Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Courage & Renewal principles and practices, expressive arts, and nature-based therapeutic methods.
