By weaving EMDR, IFS, and KAP together, I meet each client where they are. IFS adds another layer by focusing on the inner world of “parts.” Trauma often leaves protective parts working overtime while wounded parts carry painful memories or beliefs. In therapy, we work together to understand these parts with compassion, creating space for healing and self-leadership. Clients often discover a greater sense of wholeness, self-acceptance, and inner calm.
