Most often, by the time someone seeks therapy, they’ve already tried several ways to feel better, think differently, or cope with life’s challenges, yet, something still feels off. Therapy is about expanding what’s already within you. It’s a space to explore new tools, gain insight, and build strategies that support you through whatever you’re facing right now.
