About My Clients
If your mind never slows down, you replay conversations, struggle with relationship anxiety, or feel responsible for everyone else's happiness, you're not alone. I help LGBTQIA+ adults navigate overthinking, people-pleasing, anxiety, boundaries, and self-trust. Together, we'll create lasting change so you can feel more grounded, confident, and authentically yourself.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and affirming. I create a space where you can slow down, feel emotionally safe, and begin understanding the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Many of the LGBTQIA+ adults I work with struggle with relationship anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, and second-guessing themselves. Together, we'll explore what's driving those patterns so you can build self-trust, set healthier boundaries, and respond with greater confidence instead of fear. I integrate Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and meaningful growth. My goal is to help you create lasting change, not just insight, so you can feel more grounded, connected, and authentically yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe you deserve to live authentically and feel emotionally safe being fully yourself. You shouldn't have to shrink, hide, people-please, or question your worth to be accepted. In my practice, I hold a strong "do no harm" philosophy. If your identity or expression does not harm yourself or others, it is valid, worthy of respect, and not up for debate. I show up as a therapist with warmth, honesty, curiosity, and authenticity. My goal is to create a space where you can let your guard down, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and build the self-trust to make choices that align with who you truly are. If we work together, you can expect compassion, respect, gentle accountability, and a space where all parts of you are welcome.
