About My Clients
Journey Through helps support individuals and their families, specifically adolescents, with life changes, changes in mood, trouble with school and work, and relationship stressors. Ashley particularly enjoys working with fellow helpers (educators, nurses, doctors, therapists, first responders) navigating vicarious trauma and work stress.
My Background and Approach
Journey Through uses evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We also like to utilize mindfulness and trauma-informed somatic strategies, and sessions are often a balance between client led and structured activities to create well-rounded therapy experiences. Bodies & Minds are interconnected - it's important to support both.

Ashley has 8 years of being a practicing therapist, and over 10 years in the mental health and behavioral health fields. Ashley has worked in a variety of settings - from inpatient hospitalization, to school-based, to outpatient therapy
