About My Clients
I specialize in working with teens and young adults, but have experience working with a wide array of people including adolescence, adults, and the elderly. I believe in addressing issues early in order to prevent future struggles.
My Background and Approach
Adolescence and young adulthood can be a challenging time! I think having support and someone that can walk with you through the process can make all the difference. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities with clients including aspects of CBT, strengths based therapy, and family systems therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship and forming a connection is one of the most important aspects of our work. You have to trust your therapist! I strive to ensure that those I work with feel they are in a safe and nonjudgmental environment where they can share and work through any issues, struggles, or challenges in their lives. Sessions with me will be comfortable, open, and like you're sitting down to talk with a close friend. I look forward to working together!
