About My Clients
If life has started to feel more like survival than living, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and better understand the patterns shaping your experiences. Together, we will explore the obstacles contributing to stress, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection through psychoeducation, skill-building, and deeper processing. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) in New Jersey with over 10 years of experience providing trauma-informed mental health care across outpatient, partial hospitalization, and private practice settings. My clinical background includes extensive work supporting adults navigating trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, emotional regulation difficulties, and major life transitions. I also have experience in clinical supervision, trauma-focused program development, and facilitating therapeutic groups and workshops. My approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with optional creative, somatic, and insight-oriented interventions to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and build a more grounded relationship with their emotions and nervous system. Clients often appreciate my calm, thoughtful, and collaborative style.
