About My Clients
I love working with clients who are motivated to learn more about themselves, explore their experiences, and get curious about their thoughts and behavior. Trauma work is my specialty and I have worked extensively with PTSD and C-PTSD throughout my career. I work from a person-centered lens while utilizing mindfulness, physical movement, sensory work, and skill building. I have experience working with individuals whose primary concerns are anxiety, depression, and stress, among others.

Life can feel hard and I am here to support you in your journey to greater inner peace and happiness! I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and I can be flexible to meet your needs! As a person-centered therapist, I enjoy supporting my clients in building autonomy over their treatment and their lives. While trauma work is my specialty, I also have ample experience working with a wide range of diagnoses and life challenges. You are important! In my practice I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful and transformative work, so it is very important to me that we both feel we are a good fit working together. I value honesty and welcome feedback about my practice, as I can tailor my approach to your needs. I am non-discriminatory and believe that everyone deserves a safe place to tell their story and heal. I’ve had the privilege of walking beside many amazing individuals on their journey.
