I work work with children, adolescents, and adults in insight-focused, depth therapy. Through conversation, play, and/or artistic exploration, we will work to understand you (or your child) in a deep, meaningful way that facilitates growth and transformation.
My Background and Approach
I work from a background in Gestalt, psychodynamic, and existential/humanistic psychology. My guiding belief is that symptoms have meaning, and that the opportunity for change arrises once we understand and honor that meaning.
