About My Clients
Have you been trying to push through a period of depression but are experiencing difficulty navigating through it? Do you have past trauma that is surfacing for you and need someone you can trust to process these experiences with? My Background and Approach
Seeking support can be a difficult step. I will provide a nurturing and safe place to process your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I do not believe in a "one shoe fits all" approach. I believe each person deserves a treatment tailored to their specific needs. Let's work together to come up with a plan that is best suited for you! I consider myself a therapist with an eclectic approach. I place a heavy emphasis on the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but also implement aspects of a wide variety of other approaches, some of which include mindfulness and creative expression. I use CBT to provide tools and help clients better understand the relationships between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to facilitate the changes they desire for themselves. I am a Cognitive Processing Therapy Provider. I use this trauma specific treatment for treating PTSD. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced various types of trauma.
