My Background and Approach
I work with clients in helping them better understand themselves and the world around them. I believe that my clients are the experts of their lives and I am here to listen without judgement. I offer an empathetic space to meet the needs of my clients to encourage healing and change. My approach includes strength based, trauma-informed, mind-body skills, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I received my MSW from Wayne State and I am Certified Trauma Practitioner. I have experience working with children to adults.
