About My Clients
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, gender and sexuality concerns, and life transitions. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space for you to come exactly as you are.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Xavier University and my Bachelor’s degree from IUPUI in psychology. I utilize a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy while drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness interventions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every human being deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of our differences. I strive to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and marginalized populations - I try to be an advocate for social justice both inside the mental health world and outside of it.
