I am here to offer a safe and supportive space to unpack what was handed to you, and discover what works for your for your life, what doesn't work anymore and what never did work. You will learn how to recreate this investigation of self for when life throws you its next curve ball, as it always does.
My Background and Approach
I help people deepen their sense of self and reclaim their lives. I am an advocate for knowing through science and will use an neurobiological understanding of your body and mind to help guide our sessions. I am just as likely to direct you back to your own intuition, ancient wisdom, song lyrics, crystals, astrology and knowing beyond science as vital sources of knowledge.

My approach is rooted in Liberation Psychology and an awareness of big and small systems in your world. and I am culturally mindful and humble. I am an eternal learner. I am consistently engaging with both academic and cultural momentum of mental health. I am always learning, always growing-even when I am resting. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider, I want to uncover an understanding of your thoughts, feelings, body and behaviors. We will build support not just for your mind but also for your whole self. I want to help you build healthy relationships with yourself, friends, family and the world as it is today.
