Or perhaps body-focused repetitive behaviors like hair pulling or skin picking feel like the only way to cope with overwhelming emotions. You might feel stuck in patterns that don’t serve you, exhausted from trying to hold it all together. You want more than just survival- you want peace, connection, and a sense of wholeness.
My Background and Approach
This is where our work together begins. I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate space using IFS, attachment theory, CBT, DBT, and ACT. Together, we'll build insight, self-compassion, and learn practical coping tools. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, stuck in cycles you don’t understand, or overwhelmed in your relationships, therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect, and grow.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person is worthy of love and deserves to be truly heard and understood. I believe healing is possible for everyone, even when it feels out of reach. The parts of ourselves that show up, even in difficult ways, are often trying to protect or help us—they just sometimes get overwhelmed. Having experienced trauma and body-focused repetitive behaviors myself, I understand how isolating and lonely it can feel. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and support.
