I serve a wide variety of individuals. I treat couples, addiction, psychiatric diagnoses, depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, PTSD, and many other client and their situations. I serve merely as a guide, while you steer the ship. You tell me what is most important in your life and where you feel you need the most support. I then walk the steps with you to give you a life where you can feel more fulfilled.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience in the mental health field, with over 10 years of field exposure. I have worked within the inpatient psychiatric facilities and also provided treatment and outpatient therapy within the community. I have provided crisis management courses specifically aimed at trauma-informed care. I utilize a person-centered, humanistic approach. My experiences have cultivated my approach to individuals to be with high-regard and respect to all that I encounter.
