About My Clients

My clients are kids, teens, and adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, OCD, or intrusive thoughts. Many are exhausted from overthinking, avoiding, or trying to make things “feel right.” I work well with those who want more than coping—they want clarity, tools, and a values-based path forward. Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child or someone who’s tried therapy before without relief, I offer evidence-based care with warmth, structure, and real results.

My Background and Approach

With years of experience in outpatient, intensive, and supervisory roles, I bring both clinical depth and down-to-earth compassion to therapy. I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety across the lifespan using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference-Based CBT (ICBT). My approach is structured yet flexible—always collaborative, never pushy. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel both understood and empowered. I’ll meet you with curiosity, not judgment, and help you build skills to face fear, reduce avoidance, and live more in line with your values. Whether you’re a teen struggling with intrusive thoughts, a parent unsure how to help your child, or an adult burned out from trying to manage anxiety alone, we’ll tailor care to your unique needs. Beyond technique, I focus on building a safe, trusting relationship that supports lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be both effective and deeply human. I value autonomy, transparency, and collaboration—clients are the experts on their lived experience. I'm passionate about making evidence-based care more accessible, especially for those who’ve felt dismissed or misunderstood. I support LGBTQ+ rights, neurodiversity, and racial justice, and strive to make my practice affirming for people from all walks of life. I also advocate for ethical, inclusive OCD treatment that respects client values and identities. Outside of therapy, I care deeply about mental health education, reducing stigma, and making people feel less alone in their struggles. I’ve presented at national conferences and contributed to initiatives that support awareness, connection, and community. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and a strong ethical compass—I’d be honored to work with you.
