We will collaborate on tools and techniques, to help when you feel anxious or overwhelmed. I am solution focused and aim to empower you every step of the way. Our work will build your confidence to be ready when challenges come. Implementing acceptance and commitment therapy will allow us to understand what is getting in the way of you feeling well. You will gain resilience skills so that you are able to feel happy again. It is possible to feel confident during this season of life with so much change. Trust yourself lets take a journey together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Supporting parents' mental health as they overcome parenthood pressures started after the birth of my children. Parenthood can be tough. Therefore, it is my passion to support families as they adjust and get back to a new sense of normal. The emotions you feel and the experiences you have are valuable. I believe with the resources, support, and clinical direction anything is possible. It is a beautiful experience to help mommies get back to feeling lively and well. I am asking someone to trust me when they are vulnerable and need help. Your trust and confidence mean the world. I love to see people excel at whatever they put their mind to. I once faced the disconnect of not living life to my full potential. I have to say it sucked. I took my life back and so can you. Individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, or post-partum depression are areas I specialize in.
