Trauma that is unresolved can have many lasting effects on our mind and body. Unresolved trauma can create a separation from our sense of self as well as feelings of disconnection from others. I often see client's that are struggling with the effects of trauma who are having symptoms of anxiety, depression, and panic. My approach is person-centered and tailored to each person I am working with. I also work at your pace and am skilled in meeting you "where you are at" in your healing journey.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in assisting those seeking healing from Complex Trauma/PTSD who are currently struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms. I utilize a combination of EMDR and integration of Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work concepts, as well as DBT and somatic-based therapies to interweave an eclectic mind-body based approach to healing.
