About My Clients
I provide Individual Therapy age 18+. I want to get to know you as a person, so you can feel confident in the steps you are taking to invest yourself and your mental health.
My Background and Approach
I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and have over 15 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The time I’ve spent providing Individual/ Family therapy, Hospice, Crisis and Trauma treatment has taught me the power of a solid therapeutic relationship and ongoing collaboration. I place a strong emphasis on both, as well as understanding your needs and goals. I take a client centered, strength based, trauma informed approach as there is no one size fits all therapy. A trauma focused lens has shaped the way I approach care and the human experience. This has influenced my training which includes EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, and Hypnotherapy.
