About My Clients
My specialty areas include complex trauma recovery, anxiety and depression, family of origin issues, people pleasing, neurodivergence, body liberation, eating disorders, chronic illness, and diabetes.
My Background and Approach
I support clients in settling back into their bodies. I strive to create an environment of warmth, curiosity, and creativity. Together, we will come up with a plan to support your healing process. I typically draw from a few particular therapeutic modalities in my work, but I will work with you to identify specific tools and techniques to support your unique needs. My approach aims to center within an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and liberatory perspective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a white, cisgender woman living with autoimmune diseases. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in school-based healthcare advocacy, feminist media, and with survivors of intimate partner violence. I bring my identities and experiences with me into the therapy room, along with a commitment to unlearning, challenging, and healing from systems of supremacy.
