My Background and Approach
For the past 8 years I have focused on helping people become better versions of themselves. My goal is to provide an open, safe, welcoming space for you to process any thoughts, feelings, or experiences. I can provide you with the tools necessary to reconnect to your inner self or find a new, better you. I will help you understand what is happening in your brain and body while experiencing a particularly anxious day and we will find what is exacerbating your feelings. We will work together to establish goals for your treatment. You'll learn how to think differently and build confidence in yourself to move forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capability of change and growth through a safe and supported environment. You are more than your story. Throughout my teens and young adulthood, I suffered from severe anxiety and depression. Through my own therapy, I learned how to handle my anxiety and change my thinking patterns. I want you to feel that same relief that I found through therapy and support.
