About My Clients

Hello, and thank you for considering therapy as part of your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. Taking the step to seek help is often the hardest part, and I want you to know that it’s both brave and meaningful. I’m honored that you’re considering working with me, and I want to offer you a glimpse into what you can expect as we explore this process together.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed mental health counselor, with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress management, to name a few. I believe that everyone has their own unique story, and it’s important to me that you feel understood, supported, and empowered during our work together. I approach therapy from a collaborative perspective, which means that our work will be a partnership. I’ll be here to listen to your concerns, help you explore your thoughts and feelings, and assist you in finding the tools and strategies that will work best for you. I often draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy , mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, etc. Depending on your needs and preferences, I’ll adapt my approach to ensure it fits your goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s natural to have some uncertainty or hesitation about the process. However, taking that first step toward therapy is incredibly powerful. Therapy offers a space where you can speak openly without judgment, explore your emotions and behaviors, and gain deeper self-awareness. It also allows you to develop practical skills to cope with life’s challenges in a healthier way. Whether you’re facing a specific issue, struggling with feelings of sadness or uncertainty, or simply seeking personal growth, therapy can help you gain the clarity and support you need to make meaningful changes. I work with individuals from all walks of life, and I respect each person’s unique perspective. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can be your true self.
