My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am human like you. While our stories and the details of our experiences may differ, there is a common thread in our humanity, and I believe a shared link in our spirits. We walk parallel paths, feeling many of the same feelings, fears, hopes, losses, stressors, and vulnerabilities. We all want to be happy, safe, whole and loved. And we all experience trauma that gets in our way. It is part of our human experience, and I believe it is how we grow, evolve, and expand in our capacity to love. I believe this is why we are here. I have walked my own healing path to get here and continue to walk it as I support others. I believe this is essential for me to be grounded, clear, humble, and open-hearted. I have immense respect for people wanting to do their work, as I know the courage it takes to show up, own your stuff, feel your feelings, be in your body, face your fears, and tolerate the discomfort of presence and change. I believe real healing requires the mind, body, heart, & spirit.
