About My Clients
You're doing your best—but it still feels like too much, and somehow, not enough. Maybe your relationship feels distant, or communication is strained. Perhaps you're navigating a life transition and feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or distracted from yourself and those around you. These feelings are more common than you think- and they don't mean you're broken. I believe that every person holds the power to heal, change, and create the life they desire.
My Background and Approach
Over 15 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples and teens facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, shame and ADHD. My approach is warm, empathetic, and client-centered. I tailor each session to meet your unique goals, using a blend of evidence-based, trauma-informed strategies to support real, lasting change. I'm trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. A.R.T is an evidence-based, rapid-eye-movement therapy for treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relational and other issues. I recognize trauma can stem from early attachment years or be related to experiences later in life as an adolescent or adult. This can affect your current mental health and current quality of life. I use a multi-disciplinary approach primarily Cognitive Behavioral, Emotionally Focused and Family/Systems Therapies. I also incorporate motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and Mindfulness into our counseling sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In our sessions, you'll find a safe, non-judgmental space where you can truly feel seen and heard. Together, we'll explore your experiences, uncover patterns and build practical tools to manage life's challenges. Whether you're dealing with everyday stress or deep emotional pain, we'll work toward healing, growth, and connection- with yourself and others. I strongly believe that each of us holds the power to change and create the life that we desire.
