I work with individuals, adolescents, couples, children, and families. As a marriage and family therapist, I have a focus on understanding and improving the relationships of my clients. I am a Registered Play Therapist and have specialized training in working with children and adolescents.
My Background and Approach
I strive to provide competent, compassionate and client-centered therapy services to assist and support individuals, couples, and families in processing past issues, managing daily struggles, and working to make positive choices in the future. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is key in the therapy process. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and families to address relationship issues, parenting concerns, depression, anxiety, and stress and anger management. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained to work within the context of the family system to create lasting change. I am also a Registered Play Therapist specializing in working with children in developmentally appropriate way to assist them and their families through life changes and to create lasting change.
