About My Clients
I work with clients of all ages from two years old to ninety years old. I see clients struggling with many different issues from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavior issues. Struggling with stress, mental health, and other issues can be difficult enough, then trying to find a therapist that is the right fit can be even more difficult. I try to be as accessible as possible and have a wide variety of experience and trainings to allow flexibility in addressing each clients struggles.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, which means I have been heavily trained in working with individuals, families, and couples. As previously stated, I have had many trainings such as TF-CBT and ARC for addressing trauma or related issues, as well as, I am a Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) certified therapist which allows me to work with children as young as 2 years old who are struggling with behavior issues, outbursts, and/or trauma or other stressors. I have experience working with a wide variety of mental health issues varying from mild to severe symptoms. I try to create a warm, welcoming environment (even online), to help create a safe space to open up and address issues the client identifies they want to work on. I tend to take a very flexible approach to meet the client where they are and address issues in the best approach possible for each client since every client has had different experiences.
