I create a safe space for you to feel vulnerable and share your experiences – anything from having days where you just feel sad, to having trouble loving yourself, to not being able to identify and talk about the emotions you feel. Sometimes life can be hard and the idea of just going to the store can be mentally exhausting. If you experience feelings of sadness or nervousness, negative – or what I like to call “mean” thoughts – I am here to help!
