About My Clients
Are you pregnant or gave birth in the past year and not feeling like yourself? You’re irritable, angry and mean almost all the time. You think you’re not a good mom. Everyone around you is smiling and stating how happy they are for you, however, happiness is an emotion you have not felt in a long time. You want to enjoy your pregnancy and life with your new baby. You want to stop fighting with your partner and being so irritable. You want to enjoy your new life.
My Background and Approach
I’ve completed substantial training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders as well as trauma-informed care. I have a real down-to-Earth approach, which makes it easier to discuss your symptoms and engage in therapy. Together we will come up with a treatment plan to address the symptoms you find the most distressing. I will use CBT and IPT techniques to address your depression and/or anxiety symptoms so that you regain control over your life. Together we can successfully get you to the point where you are able to enjoy motherhood, your baby and your partner.
