About My Clients
I work with ages around 5 to 30. I have experience and trained in working with individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, ODD, and stress.
My Background and Approach
I have my clinical license in social work with three certifications : Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Clinical Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA), Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) with over 10 years of experience in the field. I utilized person centered approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness , and supportive family therapy in our sessions.
