About My Clients

I work with committed couples seeking to strengthen emotional and physical intimacy, improve communication, and repair patterns of disconnection. My client population includes partners navigating relationship transitions, mismatched intimacy needs, conflict cycles, trust ruptures, and the impact of stress, life changes, or past relational wounds. I support couples who are motivated for growth, value intentional connection, and are seeking a structured, results-focused approach to rebuilding clos

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals and couples across clinical, crisis, and private practice settings. My background includes leadership in crisis response, substance use treatment operations, and several years of relational and trauma-informed clinical work. I specialize in couples therapy with a focused emphasis on emotional and physical intimacy, attachment dynamics, communication patterns, and conflict repair. My approach is structured, collaborative, and experiential, integrating evidence-based modalities with practical tools couples can apply immediately. Through the Intimacy Reset™ framework, I guide partners in rebuilding emotional safety, strengthening trust, and creating intentional intimacy rituals that support long-term connection. I work actively in session, balancing insight with skill-building, and tailor treatment to each couple’s unique relational needs while maintaining clear goals and forward momentum.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe meaningful intimacy is built through emotional safety, intentional communication, and consistent repair. Relationships aren’t harmed by disagreement itself, but by unmet needs, misattunement, and missed repair. I believe couples can relearn how to turn toward one another with curiosity and compassion, even after periods of disconnection. Intimacy requires structure as much as vulnerability, and lasting change occurs when insight is paired with practice. I value direct, honest dialogue balanced with warmth, respect, and appropriate humor, and I intentionally use humor in therapy to reduce defensiveness and support connection. I approach therapy as an active, collaborative process that is both supportive and purposeful, offering clear direction while honoring each partner’s experience. With the right tools, accountability, and pacing, couples can rebuild trust, deepen connection, and create relationships that feel secure, resilient, and alive over time.
