About My Clients
Have you been carrying the weight of life experiences while trying to hold everything together? Maybe anxiety, depression, grief, compassion fatigue, or trauma left you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life you want. You don't have to face it alone. Together, we'll create a safe space to process your experiences, build practical coping skills, and rediscover your strengths so you can move forward with the confidence, peace, purpose, and prosperity you desire for your life.
My Background and Approach
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Therapy can be a space to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on helping you feel safe, understood, and empowered. I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we will use EMDR to process distressing experiences and strengthen your ability to respond to present and future challenges. Through CBT, we will explore thoughts and patterns that may be impacting your life and develop healthier coping strategies. With CFT we will build self-compassion and resilience. Using Solution-Focused Therapy, we will identify your goals, build on your strengths, and create steps toward growths.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about addressing homelessness and supporting individuals and communities throughout Colorado. Through my professional work and lived experiences, I understand how losing stability, resources, and a sense of security can affect a person’s mental and emotional well-being. These experiences have shaped my belief that mental health cannot be separated from the many parts of a person’s life. I value creating a safe, open, and welcoming space where clients can bring their whole selves and feel seen beyond a diagnosis or a single challenge.
