My ideal client is motivated, even when they feel stuck. They understand therapy is hard work, sometimes painful before they feel relief. My Background and Approach
My approach is gentle with a push when needed. I start with meeting a client where they are at emotionally. Once we have established a comfortable and trusting rapport I gently push and ask questions that may feel uncomfortable at times to allow for a deeper look into the self. With children and can be more externalized through play using experiences the child had.
