About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients throughout life transitions, navigating through the challenging emotions that can come with. I am particularly passionate about working with young adults beginning college, entering the workforce, and gaining independence. I often work with anxiety and depressive disorders, as well as trauma.
My Background and Approach
If you hope to gain clarity and implement positive change into your life, I am here to work alongside you and provide you with the support and skills needed to achieve mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Healing can be challenging, so I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where thought patterns can be examined, emotions can be explored without judgment, and actions can be implemented to make positive changes. I use an eclectic approach in sessions combining aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and meditation. I will provide you with relaxation and stress-relief tools and teach you about the brain-body connection to help decrease anxiety, depression, and trauma responses. I am also holistically minded and value taking an approach of the mind, body, and soul, all playing important roles in healthcare.
