About My Clients
At Hope for Growth Therapy, we work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, parenting stress, grief, burnout, and life transitions. Many of our clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying so much on their own. Together, we’ll create practical strategies, deeper insight, and lasting change in a supportive, collaborative environment.
My Background and Approach
I’m Ashley Holmes, LMFT and founder of Hope for Growth Therapy. I believe therapy should be individualized, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed interventions to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I help clients identify patterns that keep them feeling stuck while developing practical skills they can apply outside of session. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship difficulties, depression, grief, or major life transitions, therapy should feel like a place where you leave each session with greater clarity, confidence, and direction. As Hope for Growth Therapy continues to expand, our mission remains providing compassionate, high quality care matching clients with the therapist they vibe with.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care without judgment. Therapy is not about “fixing” people—it’s about helping individuals better understand themselves, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lives that align with their values. As the founder of Hope for Growth Therapy, I’m passionate about creating a practice where clients feel genuinely seen and supported while also building a team of clinicians who share those same values of authenticity, professionalism, collaboration, and lifelong learning. Outside of therapy, I value family, personal growth, health and wellness, and maintaining balance between caring for others and caring for ourselves. Those values naturally influence the way I approach therapy—with empathy, curiosity, accountability, and hope.
