My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. One of the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. Through our work I believe that you can gain the coping skills and tools needed to reach your goal. Every day and every session won't be easy. There can be tears, there will be laughs but I think it's a reflection of life.
