About My Clients
I have a passion for meeting with couples; we work together to heal, to learn how to communicate, work through challenges, and adjust to life transitions. I also enjoy working with moms, moms need so much support, they frequently wear many hats and find themselves struggling with identity as a mother, as a woman, as a friend, as a lover, etc., and I want to provide a safe space of support, encouragement, and growth. I offer therapy online to anyone living in the state of California
My Background and Approach
I have 7 years of experience working with children, families, adults, and couples to help them achieve their goals. There is no formula that helps every person, because you are unique and your story is unique, that’s why my education in a myriad of training styles will serve you. It is so very important to feel comfortable with your therapist, because being honest with them is being honest with yourself. Reach out to me today and I will get back to you as soon as I can. You don’t have to be alone on your journey to a happy and mentally healthy life. I also provide clinical supervision to therapists working toward licensure.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My core values include family, friends, spirituality, and finding purpose. I have personally walked the challenging path of depression, anxiety, fertility issues, marriage challenges, parenting, faith challenges, professional challenges, and educational challenges. I believe the choices you make today can change your tomorrow, that you can make choices that get you closer to the future you want for yourself, and this belief informs my work with my Clients. I have been cared for so well by professionals and non professionals alike, and I would love the opportunity to help you the way I have been helped.
