About My Clients
I have worked with a variety of clients but currently would say that my current ideal clients are emerging and young adults, clients struggling with life transitions, and postpartum/maternal mental health issues.
My Background and Approach
I have been providing therapy since 2013 and in private practice since 2019. I began my therapy work working with young adults, families, and teenagers with a focus on trauma and family conflict. After entering private practice, I took a special interest in maternal mental health and obtained specific training around this concern. My approach is eclectic and flexible and I do my best to find a good fit for you and your needs! I incorporate various techniques - mindfulness, CBT, trauma work, person centered, etc. My main goal is to build a solid relationship with each client, as this is a strong variable in each person’s success in therapy.

I support all marginalized communities. I stand with victims and stand against all prejudices/discrimination.
