We will work together to assist you in unraveling feelings of low self-worth while enhancing your sense of self-compassion. We will reflect on who you are at a soul level with the intent of enabling you to feel confident in embracing your authentic self and let go of insecurities.

ADHD is often misunderstood and those that experience ADHD may also struggle with frustration and low self-worth after years of being told their behavior or how they process things is wrong or inappropriate. However, did you know that ADHD can actually be a super power? In my work with clients experiencing ADHD I support them by offering education and tools to minimize impulsivity and inattention, while identifying and strengthening beneficial qualities of ADHD that are often overlooked.

Fear serves as a survival instinct and is one of the strongest emotions a human can experience. This is why we all have the experience of anxiety, but overtime many of us have evolved to be hypervigilant and fearful in situations where this isn't warranted. You will learn CBT strategies to better regulate emotions and tolerate distress. Utilizing a transpersonal approach, we will work together to unravel your fears as you develop a sense of empowerment and inner peace.

CBT is widely accepted as an evidenced-based treatment for a wide range of disorders. We will use CBT to examine and change problematic patterns between your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors so you may better regulate your emotions, tolerate distress, and improve your relationship with yourself and others.

Did you know you actually aren't your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors? Those are just responses to the stimuli you experience in this world intended to help guide and navigate you through this life. Transpersonal therapy prompts you to evaluate who you are on a soul level so that you may connect to your most authentic self. Spiritually, we will operate from your respected value system. This therapy is effective with people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and grief.
