About My Clients
I work with clients of all genders, races, backgrounds, beliefs, and presenting problems. Though, as an intern who is aspiring to be a marriage & family therapist, couples and families (such as parent/child, sibling/sibling, grandparent/grandchild, etc.) are who I am best fit for. This is mainly due to the focus of my program.
My Background and Approach
I am currently in the process of attaining my masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy at Northwestern University online. Drawing from a wide range of therapeutic models, I create a customized plan for each client—tailored to your individual goals, strengths, and needs. My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in mutual respect. You can expect open communication, active guidance, and a supportive space where you can grow and thrive! My area of expertise includes clients with varying relational problems, including but not limited to: infidelity, poor communication, stress, trust issues, and anxiety/depression.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves the chance to become the best version of themselves. Whether you already have a vision of what that looks like or are still figuring it out, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what’s not, and develop practical steps to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. My therapy room is a judgement free zone where everyone is welcome. Regardless of your age, gender, race, religious affiliations/beliefs, or sexual identity/orientation, you can count on having a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment. I believe in every client having the right to choose who they want to be and how to they want to live their life without fear of discrimination.
