As we transition in life, our coping skills may become less effective and past traumas may assert a new influence in our lives. I specialize in helping individuals and couples work through these transitions, however they may present, including coping with a range of symptoms related to things like anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
My Background and Approach
Drawing from my experience with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and with a wide range of presenting concerns, I will work with you to formulate a plan that will help you live your best life. In order to do this, I offer individual and couples counseling as well as psychological assessment services. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that pain is inevitable in life, but we can lessen or even eliminate the suffering that often comes along with it. Most of us, myself included, have learned very unhelpful ways of interacting with our thoughts and feelings. In therapy you can learn a new way of thinking and interacting with feelings that will better equip you to live your best life, even when painful moments arise.
