This stage of life can be full of difficult transitions- cognitively, physically, and emotionally. I am here to support you or your loved one through this time. My Background and Approach
Dr. Ashley Freiman graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and then went on to earn her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University. Dr. Freiman treats patients throughout their lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. Her passion and specialization is working with older adults. Dr. Freiman uses a person-centered approach to collaborate with her clients and create a safe space that fosters growth and change. She uses multiple modalities and empirically based techniques to suit her client’s individual needs. Dr. Freiman is skilled in CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, cognitive stimulation, and reminiscence therapies. She sees individual clients, families, and caregivers. Dr. Freiman has over a decade of experience and has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, major university hospitals, county government, research, and community mental health centers.
