I work with individuals and couples experiencing challenges with desire, arousal, mismatched libidos, or the aftereffects of stress and life transitions on intimacy. My approach blends education, therapeutic exercises, and open dialogue to reduce shame and increase pleasure. I also help clients navigate the ways ADHD, anxiety, or relationship stressors may affect sexual connection, building toward a more fulfilling and authentic intimate life.

My work integrates both relational and evidence-based approaches, and I am currently pursuing formal certification in sex therapy to deepen my expertise and ensure clients receive the highest standard of care.
